1 fish filet
2 small potatoes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Peel the potatoes, slice them into 1/3 inch pieces. Press a small cookie cutter onto each potato slice.
Place fish onto parchment.
Season fish with dill, sea salt, and pepper.
Slice jalapenos and place them on top of the fish.
With the fish and jalapenos in the parchment, fold the parchment from the bottom up, fold the sides in, then roll it.
Spray a cookie sheet with oil, place the cutout potatoes onto the cookie sheet, then place the wrapped fished on the same sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
