Rosemary Chicken with Strawberry Lemonade

Easy peasy delicious recipe for rosemary chicken.

Rosemary chicken:

  • 1 Whole chicken
  • 2 sticks of salted butter at room temperature
  • Brussels sprouts
  • 5 Red potatoes
  • 1 tbs Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Pepper
  • Half an onion

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the butter, rosemary, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper together.

Slice the brussels sprouts, onion, and potatoes

Put the chicken in a baking dish and slather the butter spread onto the chicken. Stuff the onion into the chicken and put a scoop of butter inside it.

Cover the entire dish with aluminum foil.

Bake for 1.5 hours

After 1.5 hours, remove the aluminum foil and add the potatoes. After 1 hour, add the brussels sprouts. Bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from oven, carve, and eat.

Strawberry lemonade:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 strawberry (sliced)
  • sugar
  • 2/3 cup of water

Mix the lemon juice, water, and sugar together. Add strawberry slices.
